We The People Maine was a grassroots organization which is no longer active. We are not accepting donations for this effort which failed to get the required number of signatures to put our Citizen Initiative on the ballot.

We are leaving the web site up and active as an historical resource about our initiative campaign.

The organization, We The People Maine, continues to exist as a Maine public benefit corporation.

Note, the language for the We The People Maine Citizen Initiative was carefully chosen to restore the constitutional rights our country's founders sought to protect for future generations, ensuring that the rights of corporations are subordinate to the rights of people while not harming the legal rights of corporations.
